Leadership begins with responsibility. At VRS & VJRS, students are encouraged to take initiative, work with others, make responsible decisions, and contribute positively to their school community.
Leadership opportunities help students develop communication, teamwork, decision-making, confidence, responsibility, resilience, and empathy.
Through student leadership programmes, house activities, school initiatives, community engagement, environmental awareness, and social responsibility projects, students learn that leadership is not simply about leading others—it is about serving, supporting, and making a positive difference.
